These Terms are governed in all respects by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and must be interpreted accordingly. Both parties under these Terms hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, but these Terms may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction.

5 About Sum Points Definition:
Sum Point refer to the points user could redeem from the spending at One Dim Sum Central, and One Dim Sum Central Only.

5.1 Points Expiry – Points accrued to an Account that remain un-redeemed for a period of 14 days will be automatically forfeited. Points have 14 days validity. (counting from the next day)

5.2 Use of Points – Sum Points can only be used at the One Dim Sum Central. One Dim Sum Reserves all rights on managing the Sum Points , including but not limited to the cancellation of the validity of the Sum Points without any pre-notice.

5.3 Transfer of points – Transfer of Sum Points is strictly prohibited, the user himself/herself need to be presented to use the Sum Points.
